How long does delivery typically take?
Most items are delivered within 3-5 working days. Larger stoves or fireplaces requiring pallet delivery may take up to 7-10 working days, and you will be contacted to schedule a convenient time.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused condition for a full refund, minus any applicable collection fees.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our fires and stoves come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended warranties of up to 5 or 10 years upon registration.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a reference number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
