At GR8 Fires, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is not suitable, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and receive your authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the item is placed back in its original packaging with all components included. The product must be in a resalable, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

  Arrange Transport

  Ship the item back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
